Our client’s interests are always the ultimate goal of our work. It is our objective to find solutions to our clients’ problems rather than answering abstract legal questions. We fight for the interests and rights of our clients even if we have to take on prevailing opinions, strong interests or powerful opponents.
In the interests of our clients, we will never shy away from neither conflict nor from compromise.
We provide legal advice and representation in the following selected areas of law:
Labor Law
We do not offer counsel or representation for employers. We most commonly represent people in following situations:
Industrial Constitutional Law
We, counsel, teach, and represent worker’s councils of all types and support the implementation of worker’s rights in establishments.
Now, more than ever, the effective protection of worker’s rights is of the utmost importance. Therefore, the need to understand and apply these rights can be extremely decisive. The knowledge of these rights is often the difference between a worker’s council being able to defend itself and improve the position of its constituents or lose their control over situations.
Inheritance Law
Inheritance law is best practiced before any inheriting is to be done. Therefore we advise our clients i.e. in the following:
Corporate Law
We advise corporations and those in charge of them (mainly Gbr, alliances, GmbH) with
IT Law
We advise on the following topics in IT- and specifically intellectual property:
Care Service Law
We help advise on all social law matters, including the care of sick and needy people.
We will help you with your legal problems.

About us
The law firm BGHP – Berger Groß Höhmann Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwält*innen mbB
In 2002 BGHP – Berger Groß Höhmann Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwält*innen mbB was founded by three attorneys at law: Thomas Berger, Dr. Johannes Groß and Sebastian Höhmann. It has steadily grown since then.
Within our work, we emphasize individuality, personal connection, and honest contact with our clients. A major asset of our law firm is our different attorneys at law, who each contribute their different strengths, experiences, ideas, and personalities.
Despite our differences, our passion to stand up for a social and democratic state under the rule of law, which guarantees equal rights to everyone and not just to the (financially) strongest, connects us all. Therefore, we accept legal aid mandates for consultation and litigation in the areas of our legal expertise.
We are also connected by our legal qualifications, which we have achieved through specialization and accounted for by accredited titles covering our legal fields. We update our knowledge continuously and impart it to our clients, to other lawyers and to the on our consulting and informative web site.
We are independent, discreet, and reliable members of free advocacy and are convinced that you, as our client, will appreciate this.
Working for our clients we cover various legal disciplines. We advise, represent and train:
We contribute to Berlin’s cultural life through regular art exhibitions (e.g. Mark Kubitzke, Nele Probst, Johannes Albers, Hannah Förster, Anja Brendle, Marita Fried, David Edward Allen). We have also supported a number of cultural projects such as the film “Testamento” the story of a Latin American lawyer and freedom fighter, the documentary film „Es geht nicht nur um unsere Haut“ (“It´s not just about our own skin“) about the strike for the continued operation of the Bosch Siemens Works in Berlin-Spandau, the theatre project “Scene Bites-Special Edition: Family” or the jubilee concert of pianist Cecilia Pillado honouring the Argentinian composer Guardo Gustavino or the gallery schöneberger art.
