In 2002 BGHP – Berger Groß Höhmann Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwält*innen mbB was founded by three attorneys at law: Thomas Berger, Dr. Johannes Groß and Sebastian Höhmann. It has steadily grown since then.
Our client’s interests are always the ultimate goal of our work. It is our objective to find solutions to our clients’ problems rather than answering abstract legal questions. We fight for the interests and rights of our clients even if we have to take on prevailing opinions, strong interests or powerful opponents. In the interests of our clients, we will never shy away from neither conflict nor from compromise.
Within our work, we emphasize individuality, personal connection, and honest contact with our clients. A major asset of our law firm is our different attorneys at law, who each contribute their different strengths, experiences, ideas, and personalities.
Despite our differences, our passion to stand up for a social and democratic state under the rule of law, which guarantees equal rights to everyone and not just to the (financially) strongest, connects us all. Therefore, we accept legal aid mandates for consultation and litigation in the areas of our legal expertise.
We are also connected by our legal qualifications, which we have achieved through specialization and accounted for by accredited titles covering our legal fields. We update our knowledge continuously and impart it to our clients, to other lawyers and to the on our consulting and informative web site.
